I recently ordered some items and used a 50% off code. The discont was taken off all items except one so I contacted them by email and they refunded the difference with no problem.

I did have to check the amount that had been taken from my credit card and make contact with them though.

I have always found them pretty good at applying the codes but yes, always check they put the prices on the delivery notes. Usuall Rock Bottom items are found in the 'Clearance Corner' but this might mean Price Plunge items as well. Nothing to lose, you can always send it back if you don't get it discounted!!
