Mortgage Help Needed Please!

Hi

Our mortgage deal is about to come to an end (we have had a fantastic rate of 4.10% fixed rate) over the last 3 years!

I have had a quick look today for mortgages and with the credit crunch etc I cannot see anything in the slightest resembling this offer. I was just wondering if anybody has any advice or who knows any good deals /good brokers that we could go to. (Without have to pay £1000 + upfront for the priviledge of having a mortgage with them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Have a look at moneyfacts.co.uk and the like to get a feel of rates out there. You're right in thinking that it won't be like the rate you've had.
Fees have also gone up since you last got a mortgage, however there are plenty of deals out there with lower/zero fees as long as you're happy with usually a higher rate.
