You mean this? Fourth outing this evening!

You need to send a letter telling all the creditors to stop telephoning you. It may take time to take effect.
So send this first letter registered post. If they make any further calls after it is signed for, send the second letter and copy in the Information Commisioner, the OFT and the Trading Standards office nearest the debtor's office.
No it is guaranteed to stop them but if you
1.Point out it is your right under the OFT Guidelines.
2. refuse to answer security questions.
3.Advise them that you are recording the call
they will take the hint.
Wish Hellifax would take the hint after my letters!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Regarding helifax, write the second letter and if they do not play ball, put in a formal complaint and sound off to the OFT etc.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Done all that.
Not sure the OFT deal with the complaints. Just my opinion. So just ignore Hellifax now.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

The OFT are not allowed to deal with individual complaint but they sort of stack them up and then send a warning to any comapny who are getting too many, so it is worth it.
Since they got a few teeth this spring they have warned 25 percent of debt companies about specific their activities, some severely. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
So PLEASE COMPLAIN, dont just think about it!
Its free,
Its anonymous,
It feels good,
It wont send you blind,
Happy Days.
:D stay wonky
