If you have no income an IVA would not be applicable as there needs to be some surplus to pay your creditors. IVA’s are only the best option for a very small percentage of people.

    Hi
If you have no income or property to protect then an IVA would not be suitable for you. It maybe that BR is the best route for you given your circumstances but do speak to the debt charities.

CCCS, CAB and National Debtline are all good to talk to and offer advice in your interests only.

But if you miss an IVA payment, it could result in bankruptcy anyway and you would have paid lots into it and lost the money in effect. It really is not suitable for you.

Ditch Allclear Finance who are charging you when all your money could go to paying your debts. IVA's make a lot of money for these sharks.

CCCS provide the same service for free.

You can get a copy from either the court or on this website, you can download them. Once the forms are completed you will need to take them back to the court.

Try and continue with the CCJ’s until you have sorted the N245 and EX160A. Your other creditors make them all a token payment for the moment as a goodwill gesture.

Yep, that's what we are all here for. To help and support others. Most of us have been where you are now at some point (I've got the T Shirt, read the book...!).

With the help and support of this forum, you can sort something out. It's all a bit scary to start with - it was for me when I realised my problem in December last year but slowly I'm picking myself up. It takes time, but bear with it. I found the support from the people on here helped me enormously and I don't know where I'd be without them.

Please keep posting. We are all here to help.
