I was asked by the manager not to put this on any forums so i'll meet everyone half way and not mention the store.

I printed off my confirmation email and went along to a big PC shop who happen to do price promise + 10% and walked away with a nice new pink DS and big brain academy for £59.88. :j

he said he was losing out on this but the price promise still stands so would honour it, I must admit i was suprised but he couldn't argue with the email I had as he read it over a good half a dozen times, he said they only had pink or black but i said i wasn't fussy about colour anyway so grabbed myself a pink one for the daughter, they had trouble marking it down at the till but got there in the end and saved myself £60.10 off there price.

Chuffed to bits now after a rough morning but going to take my saints row 2 tesco confirmation in when it's released as they couldn't see a problem with that one either. :j

They did say that amazon is going to be taken off there list of price promise merchants but they've only had this over the phone and email and as such the price promise terms and conditions online still had it listed so couldn't deny it.

Get in quick if you can, hope this helps.:D
