Experian Credit Expert - Question

Hi All,
I have opened up an account with Experian today and on checking the file there appear to be items missing. I have 3 credit cards and a personal loan, the latter does not appear on the file anywhere.
The loan is with Egg and is showing as 'settled' approx 2 years ago, which is when i think I re-negotiated the terms of the loan (payment break).
Shouldnt the 'new' loan still show?
Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences.
Thanks
H

theres 3 credit reference agencys in the UK - not every lender reports to all of them so it is possible that egg report to 1 of the other - equifax and call credit
maybe egg have changed who they report to since the *new* loan was taken out0 -
I've got an Egg card, among others
and Egg do still report to Experian. LBM : Aug 08; Debt at LBM : £28,034.91

Oddly, my Egg card has never appeared on Credit Expert. It does appear on the other one though.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
