Prize mix up!!!

Hiya, just wondering if anyone could help. Last week I received a letter saying I had won a picnic hamper, with plates etc, and also some Very Lazy food products. It also stated that my details would be passed onto English Provender to issue the prize. I then received a letter from English Provender saying congratulations on the Organic Food win, which I think was different to the comp I actually won, and they would be sending the food hamper out shortly.

The hamper arrived this morning full of gorgeous Organic foods but no sign of the hamper with the plates and glasses in. Do you think this is a mix up somewhere and if so should I contact the company I won with?

I don't want to sound ungrateful as the prize is really lovely but was looking forward to the other hamper as we holiday in England a lot and it would have been really useful.

Any advice?

I would def contact them... its only a phone call or email... stop you wondering!

i'd imagine they might come from different companies so I would hesitate in contacting them
wait a couple of weeks and see what fathoms out

Personally, I would definitely make contact and ask if the hamper is following. I know how you feel about possibly seeming ungrateful but when a prize is offered you should receive it in full. If you're in any doubt see my post yesterday for somebody who was really cheeky about getting the right prize...

The prizes could be coming from different places - I won a t.shirt & jeans from the same place, yet the jeans come from America & the t.shirt followed about a week later from Spain

I would just drop them a polite email and ask when they'll be sending it so you know to look out for it.
