Hi Everyone!
I was just wondering are there any lenders still doing buy to let mortgages? If so what deposit am I likely to have to put down?
Many Thanks

A fair few (luckily for me, I need one in December). The majority ask for 25% deposit though, anything less would be specialist/expensive. If you can do 40% deposit you'll get a better rate so that's what I hope to do.0

Arrangement fees can "generally" be % fee as well so keep your eyes peeled on the lenders fee. If you want an adverse BTL, don't bother.I am a Mortgage Adviser
