Can't Shift xbox 360?????????

i have two Xbox 360's (not bragging:snow_grin )
pre ordered two as i knew they were going to be hard to get, and fortunately got both.
now i'm wondering if i'll ever sell my 'spare' one
i've listed it three time on ebay, and each time i've been blown cold, it's like people are winning, and then waiting to see if they can find one cheaper, it's not like they've gone for mega bucks, the one i am selling is a core pack.
and has gone for between £380-£400 each time, on a one day listing.
just trying a BIN auction now, with immediate payment required, hopefully this will sort the wheat from the chaff (of chav as the case maybe:rolleyes: )
oh, to be a pre-approved Amazon seller;) you should see the prices on there:eek: (i'd gladly sell mine for half that:xmassmile )
worst case scenario, i take it back for £209 refund

maybe you should try a longer time listing?
3, 5 or 7 day?0 -
first listing was 3 day, but no one jumps on board till there's about an hour to go, because there are soooo many on there.
so it's just a waste of two one day salesWhere the !!!! has the Shrug gone!just doesn't cut it...:think::huh: and these don't come close

Don't think it is a waste, because I think people may be very suspicious of 1-day sales - too many rogues use them!
If you post a lot number, we can comment on your description and see if we can help maybe?? (My suspicion is that you may be coming over as too professional, and not like a private individual selling a one-off).Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
the impression i've got from the 'winners' so far is that they are scared of being conned (which is fair enough) but i have no negs in 400+ sales
some even suspect that it's not actually in my possesion, and the one that blew me out cold today asked for a picture with a piece of paper on which i had to write his email address (just incase i added my username everywhere)
more fool me for actually waiting till i had the damn thing, as the people that sold early made a mint :rolleyes:Where the !!!! has the Shrug gone!just doesn't cut it...:think::huh: and these don't come close

So have you set a reserve above £400 then?Happy chappy0
-
i dont set any reserves, and i have started each one at £1.00 (coz it's cheaper:snow_grin ) also in the knowledge that it will reach a level that i am happy to sell at. basically anything above £250 (no, i'm not open to offers:p )Where the !!!! has the Shrug gone!

Drat, and I was just about to offer you £1000 for one. Oh well.0 -
it's good but not that good, i wouldn't want to take your money.:A
if you want to pay that much though follow the link and scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find one of amazon's 'Pre-approved-sellers'

oh, and before you get excited and think "Amazon have got them in-stock:j "
try putting it in your basket?:wall:
that's the most emoticons i've ever used in one message:wave: (i can't help myself)

Sorry, I don't understand your original question. You list it for a start of £1 but it fails to go? Are you terminating the auctions if it fails to reach your required price then?
Or are they winning and then not completing?Happy chappy0 -
I think there are a lot of fake bidders out there with a lot of ID's pushing up rivals prices, so their can sell. Happened a lot a few years ago.
When you get people just not wanting what you have to offer over and over, something is up.
There is a lot of greed on ebay and on this forum. This is not aimed at anyone, just an observation. The love of money, eh?0
