    Jo4, really old thread I know but as it's surfaced can I be nosey and ask if your friends have managed to stay out of debt since the remortgage?

    I have updated their spreadsheet a few times since though to continue helping them and I am delighted to say yes they have managed to stay out of debt since the remortgage! :j

    I’m pleased :T . You hear so many horror stories of people re-mortgaging and then ending up with out of control debts again. It’s encouraging to see that it does provide a solution for some. Keep em on the straight and narrow!
