I recently paid off three secured loans with GE money all at the same time back in august this year and looking back through the paperwork i realise that they charged me £200 admin fee for paying off each loan, totalling £600.
Is there any chance on claiming this amount or some of it back?

What was in the T&Cs you agreed to?0

good question! i'll have to look but even so, i think that it is a bit excessive as they dealt with all three at the same time0

Not relevant - if it's in the T&Cs then it's fair.
Obviously if they state anything less than what they've charged you then they'd be cause for complaint.0
