For completeness, just thought I'd add the code XX510 to this thread (it's been posted on this board before), which will give you free delivery. Works in conjunction with ZG5322 as I've just done it!

When you get to the Checkout Screen it seems to not mention the discount and free p&p...

Even though it was there on the screen where I put the promo codes in...

Cheers, have edited my previous post - obviously that's why grandma didn't have any luck.

I'm having problems logging in (forgotten my username) but from memory, I'm pretty sure that the codes get applied after placing order, ie it still shows as full price when you place the order, you should see the discounts itemised though.

I tried to use the £5 off as well as the £10 off and free p&p, and it came up with a box saying only one voucher per type of discount.

The code did not work on the website, BUT when I phoned them, they said they WOULD apply the discount manually. It is a valid code!!

Yes you're right about phoning them, they seem to have altered their website.
When i rang to place my order there was no problem with them taking the code :santa2:

I just made a mess of my ordering so I had to phone them..The £10 off A £15 spend is only for first time customers ZG5322...I ordered something at £14.99 and £2.99...The item at £2.99 was the only thing that went through so now I have durecell batteries coming and I have paid postage.I rang them to tell them and it's too late now...ahhhhhh..You are better off trying to order by phone than online..it's less hassle..
