The surrender value includes accumulated TB and will typically be likely to come down in the next few years due to the market collapse - FP reduced maturity values by 10% IIRC in the summer.
You can ask for quotes from the traders here: https://www.apmm.org , FP policies are not usually on their list these days AFAIK.Trying to keep it simple...
