    I make this mushroom bhaji and it exactly the same as the takeaway. It also freezes well: -

    It has the advantage of less ingredients over the one Pink posted. Methi can be hard to find.

    Just made the mushroom bhaji and courgette bhaji (used aubergine recipe and adapted it) in preparation for tomorrow and they both taste fab! Can't wait now for tomorrow evening x

    I get Methi from Tesco. It's in a big box, in the world food aisles. It's not online, mind you, but they do stock it ;)

    I got some in ASDA but it took some searching. I'm in a high population Asian area which is really handy for getting some of the more obscure spices.

    I batch cooked some mushroom bhaji last night for the freezer.
