Normal IPC competition rules apply. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of IPC Media, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
The winners (and their companions where relevant) must be aged 21 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prize vouchers will be sent to the competition winner.
Winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, insurance, passports and visas.
Prizes are subject to availability and the suppliers' terms and conditions. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions. No purchase necessary.
The winners will be chosen from all correct entries received by the closing date (midnight on Friday 28 November).
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time. A Wallpaper* Weekend in New York
Prize includes:

Virgin Atlantic

1. The prize will consist of a pair of Virgin Atlantic Upper Class round trip tickets for the named Prize Winner for travel from London Heathrow between 1 November 2008 and 1 November 2009 inclusive to New York JFK.
2. Actual dates of travel will be subject to availability and capacity control at the time of booking. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available. Popular dates (i.e. weekends and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.
3. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, aged 21 or over, except for employees of the Virgin Group or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families.
4. The Prize Winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their companion. If the Prize Winner wishes to travel alone, the second ticket will be forfeited.
5. The Prize Tickets are only valid for flights on routes operated by Virgin Atlantic and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partners and have no cash value.
6. Prize Tickets are valid for flights originating from the UK only.
7. The prize excludes limo transfers to and from the departure and arrival airports.
8. Access to Virgin Atlantic's Private Security Channel is only available to Upper Class passengers and to Flying Club Gold members traveling together with one guest on a Virgin Atlantic flight.
9. The Prize Winners will be notified in writing by Virgin Atlantic, confirming details of how to book the prize flights and applicable booking conditions.
10. No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel on the prize tickets.
11. The Prize Winners and their companions will be entirely responsible for their own accommodation, visa, passport and insurance requirements.
12. Passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges will be paid by Virgin Atlantic.
13. The Prize Winners and their companions will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from any Virgin Atlantic office. Virgin Atlantic flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
14. The Prize Tickets are for travel in Upper Class only. Onboard bar available on most flights.
15. Flights can only be booked by contacting Virgin Atlantic in the UK. All flights offered will be on a confirmed basis. Wallpaper* will advise of procedure for booking.
16. The prize is non-transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.
17. In the event of an infringement of these Terms & Conditions or of Virgin Atlantic's Conditions of Carriage by the Prize Winners or their companions, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw the Prize Tickets.
18. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled by the Prize Winner or companion no alternative tickets will be issued and the Prize tickets will be deemed to have been used. Any refunds will be given in accordance with Virgin Atlantic's Conditions of Carriage.
19. The Prize Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare mounted by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.
20. Once the Prize Tickets have been issued, Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.
21. The Prize Winner accepts the prize at his or her own risk.
