DMP proof of income

Hi all

Just a quick one. Do you need to provide your proof of income and outgoings etc when applying for & setting up a DMP?

    yes, I believe you do. I had to provide all that info when I set up my dmp so that creditors could see how much I could realistically afford.
    Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)
  • Yes CCCS usually want to see statements of child benefit, tax credits, recent wage slip plus all creditor details.

    This isn't to catch you out in anyway but to make sure you can realistically afford the payments you will agree to.
