credit cards before 07 fos said unfair wooopeee

I have just spoken to a guy from a compamy dealing in Debt litigation that a lot of paperwork for credit card agreements before 07 is not enforceable (FOS found them unfair to the consumer apparantly) and for a one off fee of 495 pounds(on the card is ok) the card or cards will be written off

Kind of - the government was so concerned about these companies that they are regulated by the ministry of justice!!

Basically they are sending CCA requests (cost £1) and other stuff we do on this site like reclaiming PPI if it was missold. I would avoid at all costs.

In my opinion, it's true in the sense that you should only use these companies if you want to throw away hundreds of pounds on something that may not get you anything in return and which you could do for only £1.
