upset with phone call from lloyds on dmp

hi all
thanks for the replies.
I received another phone call last night from Lloyds they guy on the phone said it was about my arrangement etc. He then said just calling to make sure everything is okay with the plan. I said any changes will be through cccs and ongoing. He could not have been any nicer (total opposite to the caller the night before) this is an example of the lack of communication in their company. The other week they were sending me threatening solicitor letters and i had to sort that out. They also sent a letter confirming my plan.
I am wondering as i called back to complain about that way i was spoken to if this was a follow up call, seems like a coincidence they would call again.
Both my hubby and i have accounts with them and the way they have dealt with mine and his have been totally different. The did accept arrangement on visa cards but have started charging interest on dh overdraft again now!!!.
anyway i am going to draft up some letters about the other creditor who is charging interest so thanks for the encouragement.
take care all
bye for now.0
