I've got a restaurant job with RE later and I know its a silly question but when a brief states that its 12:00 til 20:00 does that mean I have to be out of the restaurant by 20:00?

Sorry to put out such a pathetic question...

Aggghhh, that's what I asked her on the phone if there were any more clients. I might try doing the cat voice next time see if that works!

Yes your whole assessment needs to be done within those times.

I have gone outside before but due to the exeptionally slooooooow service. I explained that in the report and they were OK about it. I always leave 1.5 hours for the meal which I think is reasonable. HTH.

Thanks for the info. I'm wary of completing an assignment on a Friday night and I'm worried it'll overrun if its really busy. I can only allow about 1hr 15 mins...I hope its enough!

Has the place got a website? maybe choose what you'll eat before you go so that you can save time ordering. And wolfing your dinner down as a last resort!!

Aaagh, just done my first burger job for gap and my receipt looks nothing like the sample one.

It doesn't have the KS number they ask for, has anyone else had this and what did they do?

Love it! :D Its the pub/restaurant chain named after a snail without a shell and a salad leaf! I'll check out the website.

Thats happened to me loads of times. I just put in 0000000 where it asks for a number that I can't find on the receipt. They've always accepted this, after all you have to upload the receipt so they can see for themselves what's printed on it and what's not.
