  • I've just done a burger job and the chav behind the counter kept chatting to her colleague using the "F" word should I mention this in my questionnaire? I don't want to be sacked by GAP

I would personally mention it in the comments... probably best to refrain from using the Chav word though ;)

    Hello,

Has anyone done the pizza carry-out assignments at GAP? From what I can see, the items that you have to buy end up costing more than the fee offered for the job, even if I get the very cheapest pizza. Is there something I'm missing?

    Thanks!
  • I've noticed that for GAP the dreadful burger shops charge you a different amount in every shop, there is no consistency. The expensis fee doesn't cover the purchase regardless of what shop you do!

Well if it is not spam the guy is at it. Unless you believe you can get £160 for a telephone job. Me I dont believe it. The old maxim applies. If it looks to good to be true then it is.

And since we expressed our disbelief he has vanished. To quote the wise Timmne "dodgy" and she didn't believe it either.

As it happens, I do believe him.
Here I go again on my own....

Hi yeah it was fine, to be honest i have doing MS for a while and they basically went over what they wanted/expected from you....thay give you a pack with loads of info, the woman Sally was really nice and helpful, they do a few things slightly different such as allocation of jobs/car allowance £per day/

It was a good day and only took about 2 hours!

    When is your meeting?

    :o

Its next month, but quite a way to go, don't know if it'll be worth it

I have also decided. No more burger jobs for me. no more pizza jobs for me. I am going to take myself off gap asap and try and concentrate on the better jobs out there. Gyp is too time consuming and too much of a risk of not being paid (if you actualy to get a "pay").

Welcome to the world of Gap. Vast majority of times you won't get a full reimbursement from them and tendency is, if you do, the fee will be virtually non-existent.
