I've just tried to select a job with GAP but I get this dialog box when I try and choose a date:

"You have reached your daily assignment quota. You are allowed a maximum of 0 per day. Please try again tomorrow".

I've already got a shop booked for the same chain; but this is a different branch and a different month.. and 0 per day?? I've emailed them, but do any of you learned people have any idea why I'm getting this message?

    Thanks :D
  • Does anyone know when the food ones got released on GAP. Just checked they are there but not where i live. Have they been there a few days or just yest/today otherwise will keep checking
  • I applied for an assignment with TNS a few days ago, and selected a day for my visit, which was accepted by the system. But I was just re-reading the brief this morning:

    Visit Date: 18 Feb 2009 - 24 Feb 2009

Visit Info: This visit can take place on any day during opening hours between 23rd February and 1st March 2009.

 The date I selected falls into the second category, but not the first?! Surely the system wouldn't have allocated the visit if the date I requested was wrong? Or is this a common issue with TNS visits?

If you've had a confirmatory email from them, don't worry! There is in any case no risk of you doing the job and then not getting paid for this reason, as they will send you the questionnaire before you go and do the job. Yes, it's quite common for their system to have inconsistencies.... many, many of them.....
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

Many thanks for the info!

  • Hiya,

I've been registered with Aba-i for a couple of months and never have any assignments (I have been logging on every day). I've called the tel no on the website a good few times over a couple of days but just get an answering machine (which sounds like it's cut off as it only says the last 3 digits of the phone number!!).

Can anyone shed any light on this or does anyone have a different tel no to the one that's under "help" and "contact us"??

    Many thanks,

    Nat

    Hi Nat,
I was in exactly the same position as you util two days ago.

I finally got through on that telephone number and asked if there were any other clients that could be added as nothing has appeared for that one particular client (a clothing group) ever.

The nice lady then added two more very well known clients (think petrol and think catalogue:) )without any further questions and asked me to log back in. :j

So basically, keep ringing and they'll add two more in.

For my area at least there wasn't anything else available after these two clients where added but your mileage may vary :)
  • Thanks nads!

I'll keep trying then and hopefully someone will pick up the phone!!! LOL!!

Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.
