1 . Open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only aged 18 years+, excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. By taking part in this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. To enter (UK only), simply text SEN followed by the 4 digit batch code (found on the back of promotional Sensations 40g packs in the Best Before box under the time) to 87202, e.g. SEN1234.

Text entry only applicable to entrants in the UK. Texts charged at standard network rate only. Please note that these texts may not be included in text-inclusive packages. Entries limited to 1 entry per mobile per day. If more than one text entry is received per mobile per day you will still be charged for the texts, but the additional entries will not be entered into the draw. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.

4. To enter (CI and IoM), send your empty promotional Sensations 40g pack together with your name, address and mobile number to Sensations Winter Windfall Promotion, PO Box 133, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1HH. Only 1 entry per stamped envelope. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.

5. No Purchase Necessary. To enter without purchase and for the same chance of winning, send your name, address and mobile number to NPN route, Sensations Winter Windfall PO Box 133, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1HH. 6. The opening date for receipt of entries is 13.10.08 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 31.01.09.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.

8. The winners and their awarded prizes will be selected at random based on the nth number valid entry received up to the closing date by using a random number generator to select the nth number depending on the number of promotional Sensations 40g packs and prizes. If you entered by text entry, you will receive a text message notifying you of whether or not you are a winner within 1 day of receipt of entry. If you entered by postal entry, you will only receive a text message notification if you are a winner within 1 day of receipt of entry. However, if your entry is received on a weekend, then you will receive such text message notification within 3 days of receipt of entry. If you have won a prize, the text will tell you what prize you have won and how to claim your prize. All prizes must be claimed within 28 days of the closing date.

If you have won a voucher of any sort, you will be asked to send a FREE text by texting the keyword PRIZE along with your full name and address to 60505. If you have won any other prize, you will be asked to send in your full name, address including postcode, contact telephone number and date of birth to Sensations Winter Windfall PO Box 133, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1HH. If you purchased a promotional Sensations 40g pack and entered the promotion via text entry, you will be asked to send in your empty promotional Sensations 40g pack to Sensations Winter Windfall Prize Claims Freepost RLTS-KSXS-BZHK, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QQ.

9 . There are 108,170 prizes to be won, however it is acknowledged that, due to the random nth number generator selection mechanic described in paragraph 8, not all prizes may be awarded and the number of prizes awarded depends on the number of valid entries received. Prizes details are as follows: • 4 x trips for 2 to the Ice hotel, Sweden, including return flights (from London), transfers at destination (transfers to and from London airport not included), 3 nights' hotel accommodation (only 1 night in Ice Hotel and other 2 nights in 3 star hotel in Sweden), daily breakfast, 2 x lunches and 1 x dinner (no other meals included) and travel insurance (no other costs included);

10 . The prizes will be delivered to the winners' designated addresses by no later than 31.03.09. Winners of holiday prizes must contact Protravel at the address or telephone number above by 31.03.09 and any spending money won will be sent as a cheque made out in the winner’s name to the winner’s designated address prior to the holiday being taken.

11 . The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

12. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.

13 . A list of the winners' names and counties will be available after 13.03.09 until 27.03.09 by sending a SAE to Sensations Winter Windfall Promotion, MAH, PO Box 151, Ludlow SY8 9BE.

14. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15 . Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

Thanks Toni, there's just 1 problem with using someone else's code................if you win, you have to send the pack to them, I just found that bit on the end of number 8

This is why I was having problems figuring them out the T&C's just don't seem to make sense, not for such an easy comp anyway.......unless they're wise to us lot and are trying to make it awkward!lol

Don't like the sound of paragraph 9...makes it sound like that dodgy Andrex 'Hello Softie' promotion. Seems like they are not likely to award all of the prizes. Or have I got the wrong end of the stick as usual?

I've only got one bag so I can't check but as ginjim says, it's a batch code so every packet produced in that batch would have the same code - not sure how many packets would be in a batch though - hundreds, thousands?
