I recieved the light bulbs and shower smart within a few weeks of applying There was a card in the box to send off for the powerdown and that arrived a few weeks later .

Many thanks I re-apply my powerdown plug now come!. This is a great plug saves me energy. They stop doing the plug any chance another one please?.

1) "Adopt" an old person; if they've got and MSEer for a son/daughter, they'll probably getting spammed with energy saving light bulbs etc.
2) Look out for utility companies doing promotions in town centres etc. (e-on especially for PowerDowns)
3) Try your local Council. There's usually an Energy Efficiency Officer who has access to this sort of stuff, failing that their "Strategic Housing" part might well have. You might need to offer to fill in some surveys or such like.

There doesn't seem to be a shortage of these things. Providing you're only after one or so or them for your own use and not reselling, you should be able to blag them.
