L&G Complaint Upheld but Need Help Please

Lucky you - pleased to hear you got a good result - and it seems with very little hastle. Not so moi! Sold to me in May 1988 to mature after my retirement age "didn't matter " he said " as there would be loads of cash to pay off the mortgage and have a nest egg" I started the claims procedure in 2004 - back and forth - L & G were a nightmare - losing papers etc etc - 2 years later I wasn't entitled they said - it just seemed like too much trouble - I'm not convinced I wasn't entitled to compensation but the stress was too much to carry on with - should have got a company to look at it for me but they wouldn't touch it once I'd had a go myself. Hey ho - enoy!
