my 2 year fixed rate buy to let with mortgage express ends in december , i am currently on a 4.99 fixed rate deal.
i currently pay £365 month , the property cost £105,000 and i think i paid approx 18% deposit, what are my options? does anyone know what there standard varible rate is and any ideas on any other deals out there , i have no issue with an increase in monthly payments and have considered selling the property so dont really want to get into a long tie in period thanks rob

scaniarob vbmenu_register("postmenu_14935029", true); yr options are very limited, their svr will be around 7% like most lenders taking yr payment to around £520........most btl rmtgs are only offering 75% LTV & because of the rates & payrates ie 125% of the rental may landlords are struggling Also free legals & vals are basically non existent.....Sell! who would buy? either a FTB First Time Buyer or investor like yrself....next to no FTB's in the market, landlords are buying under valuation....if u can sit it out on the svr & make yr investment work for you0
