Hi,
The only thing my son has asked for for Christmas is an x-box 360 game 'Pro Evolution Soccer 5' which was released on 2nd December. I have tried play.com and other site, but am really struggling. Anyone know where I can get one please ?

The game you mention is not available for the xbox360. The only football game for the xbox360 available at the moment is FIFA 06 road to the world cup.

Thanks for that - I actually found the game with gamesplay but it was for the x box. I'm not even slightly technical, so had better ask the son whether it will be compatible.

...as long as its plugged into a broadband connection and Microsoft have written a downloadable patch for it....
EDIT: Yep, 'Pro Evolution Soccer 5' has been patched for Xbox 360, see the list of patched games here. So as long as you have bought the Premium edition or the Core edition AND a hard drive, AND as long as you connect the Xbox 360 to your broadband service so that the patch can be downloaded, then you're fine.

Thanks maelestrom for that compatability list, I forgot that original xbox games may be playable on the 360. I shall check out all my original xbox games and hopefully it should mean I can take my xbox down to gamestation and trade it in!
