You don't need anything else unless you are applying for the fee exemptionDeclared bankrupt 07/10/2008

sorry that sounded a bit abrupt. Just to say I am not an expert on this, only went bankrupt myself last week after lots of soul searching and sound advice and help from others on here. Make sure that you have taken proper advice from one of the debt councilling services as we were asked about that.
Good luck and try not to worry, the court staff were very nice to us and it all went quite easily, we didn't even have to see the judge and we spoke to the OR on the phone before we left court.Declared bankrupt 07/10/2008

take 3 copies of the SOA unless they have told you otherwise. Some courts need 3 for some reason, I took 3 and only needed one (waste of 60 pages of printing). Any information for exemption of court fees, and thats it. The OR will send you a pack with a return envelope and what you need to send to them."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

You need the forms - check with your court how many copies you will need. Its normally 3. And thats it. Perhaps a good book and some change for the drinks machine as it may be a long wait.
You wont need the cards/statements etc at this stage. The judge just looks at your application, its the OR who will need those shortly after BR. Plus money for fees and your exemption form with proof (if applicable).0 -
Hi
Like others have advised- take 3 copies of your 6.27/6.28 and your fee- my court seemed to use all 3 copies. I took some ID (passport/driving licence) but I was never asked for it.
OR will need details of your bank stats etc after you go bankrupt.
All the best and good luck X0 -
Yeah i didnt need ID apparently they dont think random people would go in and shell 500quid just to p1ss someone off, although I have thought it would be a nice inconvience if you were that way inclined."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal.
