Anybody ordered from Laura Ashley?

Last sunday I ordered a cushion from LA online as there was 25% off and free delivery. I received confirmation by email straight away but have heard nothing from them since, is this normal for them or do I need to contact CS?

This is the first time I have ordered from them.

It can take over a week for your delivery. If it hasn't arrived by Friday, ring customer services.

I once order a cabinet from La online and I got an email confirmation.
Any how I had forgotten about it as I had a lot on. Nearly 5 months later their delivery guy knocked on my door to delivered it. I was in shocked and almost sent it back as I had forgotten. They don't keep you up to date with delivery information and their site is also not very clear. Calling them to find out is your best bet. I had no idea when I ordered that it was made to order.

I ordered in the last sale. After TWO WEEKS of waiting (no free delivery at the time) I contacted them as there was a birthday gift on my order that I needed urgently by then.
I was told that they were waiting for a cushion to come in but they would dispatch the order without it if I wanted!!! Their communication isn't brilliant!!!
