It depends how busy your local court is, but when i went down to hand the papers in, they gave a date there and then for a couple of weeks time...

    Good luck

I telephoned and it was a month, which was ok, cos my CCCS telephone interview was three weeks. So it slotted all together nice. I hated waiting round, I wish my C Court did a droop in and I could have just got it done and dusted.
"Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

Give your local court a call to find out. That is the only way to check for sure.

A few courts allow you just drop in on the day without a prior appointment, while others who do run an appointment system can make you wait from just a few days to sometimes a month or so.
