I have seen a lot of posts stating that NR SVR is 7.49%.
I have dug out my KFI and it says that the NR Together SVR is no more than 2.39% above BBR (ie 6.89% following rate change or 7.39% prior) and the offer letter states that the NR Together SVR is guaranteed to be lower than the normal SVR.
Can anyone confirm what the current Together SVR is?
Thanks

the together svr is as stated in your offer of loan, the guarantee differs for when it was taken out, for instance yours is no more than 2.39% above BOE others will have a different rate for example some may have 2.99% above BOE rate0

Thanks the KFI states the premium above base but the offer letter doesn;'t just that there is a guarantee. I will have to call to check then if there were different guarantees, I wasn't aware of thatThere are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0

Hi
I have checked my offer letter and all the NR paperwork i can find and i can not find any specific rate or % above base rate, or guarenteed rate at all. My together mortage started in December 2006 and ends in 2009. Current rate is 6.19%.
My offer letter states that when the current rate ends in 2009 it will revert to a rate guarenteed to be below the SVR, but it does not say how much by.
Should my documentation include these rates or can i find out what they are at present so i can monitor the base rate, and the NR SVR if its reduced in line so i know what i might end up on next year.
Thanks very much

Look out yr offer papers or KFI Key Facts Illustration, refer to section 4 where it will all be documented, otherwise give them a call & ask0 -
I've checked. No rate just a "guarantee" to be lower than SVR.0
