    "IM SPARTICUS"

nah im Shirley Temples long lost grandson (twice removed).

I am BR but i didnt try and hide my assetts like your trying to do. And lets face it I think your posts are a bit misleading and engineered imo, one minute your investing 6k in a new buisness, the next your disposing of expensive assets to pay your mortgage, sounds fishy to me and your rather very foolish or your full of !!!!. And the best is you are taking 1.2k a month from the government to pay your mum a wage when you own a buisness which you are a director of. Thats taking the p1ss out of the system if you ask me.

Your a Bit touchy, you had a hard day trying to find more ways to liquidate assets so the IP cant get there hands on it?

See we can all gob off when we want.

    no...no...i've had ENOUGH of this

I'm the same been BR for nearly 2yrs now nothing fancy down to Ill health and loosing my job..But dont feel the need to explain myself to anyone let alone you haddit....I had no assets to hide & yet bankruptcy was touted as the cure to all my problems...i've tried to take my life twice i've lost my confidence my self esteem, thanks to a car accident I cant walk very well have difficulty with my hands/back/neck & constant pain...BUT i've never come here and complained...oh & recently been diagnosed with a mental health problem & on top of all that my partner has walked out & left me...bankruptcy great? hmm i'll get back to you

So you can imagine why you've had the answers you had because quite frankly some of your circumstances dont make sense at all....i'm not scared of telling things how they are & i'm one of the so called "die hards" only because these people here are good people and stay around with the intent of helping people who like I did came here with no idea of what to do feeling alone & afraid.....this board wouldnt exsist without those "die hards" taking their own time & effort to answer any questions people care to ask without asking for anything in return....simple answer is though if you dont like the answers your getting then dont ask the questions or look elsewhere there are many more places you can post

i'll ask the question though.......are you for real haddit?

  • Phil,
Thanks for that really open and honest post - it's most appreciated and respected.

Haddit - I'm really not sure where you're coming from, but have tried to remain objective and offer support where I can. I'm starting to find it difficult, tho, when people who have been and are still going through really sh**ty times are starting to get upset by your comments.

Please could you show others the respect you are expecting for yourself. I understand you are in a really complex situation, but you do not help yourself in this forum by not being clear and open with your situation, and by being quite OTT rude at times.

You have been advised by loads of people on here to contact the professionals. I think maybe you should do that and not keep trying to get us to say what you want to hear, by not being upfront with all the information. I'm sorry if I'm wrong in assuming that's what you're doing, but it seems I'm not the only one here who thinks that. So maybe you need to look at how you are presenting your information, and make it a bit clearer for us.

I have just joined this site and seeking support and you have me down for that !!!!! already - cheers guys ! I am not Broken Hearted , I am Haddit. Any how , who are you guys masquerarding as ? :rotfl:
Im straight talking and have a no !!!!!!!! style of communication. And from lots of the PM 's I receive a good proportion of people on here are too but are to afraid to post what they really think in the forum for fear of judgement from some of you old die hards !

To be honest I detected a hint of sour grapes from your posts that are friend is doing so well. If you guys want to bounce back from BR, you need to create an abundant mindset and being jealous of those that are doing well will not help you.

By the way I am not yet BR- are you ?:rotfl:

    Hi haddit,

You've completely misunderstood the dynamics of this forum. There have been numerous people who've used this forum for support when things have gone wrong, and then moved on to a brighter and better life.

There is no judgement of people who are looking to find a way out of the misery of debt and bankruptcy, and there are regular posters who've had any number of different experiences. That's what makes this forum so unique. I've read your posts with interest but I've never had that feeling that makes me want to offer anything.

I've flirted with just about all the grey areas of bankruptcy relating to Ltd Co's, property, and numerous other complicated situations, but I've never made a virtue out of vainglorious behaviour. I think you're in danger of doing just that, and perhaps you're just too smart for anybody here to offer anything of benefit to you.

Your complicated little financial affairs are very easily addressed, but I for one just can't be bothered.

I have thought long and hard during the night as to how best to deal with this and your other threads hadit.

I think your best course of action would be to pm memebers who you feel would be "sympathetic" to your situation.

Many of us on here(99%) never had 2 pennies to rub together when faced with bc,so to actually come onto a PUBLIC;) forum and
1)admit that you have sold valuable items, which in fact did not even belong to you
    2) thinking of selling you house undervalue to your sister so the OR can not have it
3)Ask about selling your car in order for the OR not to have it

Makes me wonder what else has gone astray.

Please bear in mind that due to you having a business you will almost certainly have a "face to face" interview with the OR. He will expect to see a paper trail of where the money for the TV and hair remover thing went, all 8k of it;) . If he finds just one tiny hole in your story expect him to investigate back many years not just the last 12-24 mths that appear to be standard.
We also know that OR's do in fact read this forum so please beware.

I still do not believe that you are a newbie:rolleyes: .I will stick my neck out here and if i am wrong then so be it. BH has not posted on here or the DFW for about 4 wks now so for you have to read her posts and to know she can be a little sharp would have been very time consuming. Trawling posts, working 65 hrs a wk,posting numerous threads, nah something does not add up;) . Couple that with the fact that you are silly enough to post threads about fraud, giving assets away, fiddling the goverment, asking about the best way to get out of an IPA....to name but a few,on a public forum. All the questions seem at the very least to incite a heated response. Funny but BH used to do that:D . Post a comment just to stir things up then slink away and watch:rotfl: the fun.

As i said i think you would be best to pm members who you feel might be able to offer you the way out you are seeking. Dx
