5. A prize draw for the Promotion will take place on 5 January 2009. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. The winner will be determined at random from all eligible entries. Warner Bros.'s decision concerning the determination of the winner will be final and binding.

6. The prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, including return economy class flights from London to Los Angeles, three (3) nights 4 star twin share accommodation in a hotel to be specified by Warner, three (3) day self-drive car hire (make and model to be specified by Warner in its sole discretion), a VIP Warner Bros. Studio tour and standard-level travel insurance for two (2) people. The prize does not include anything not detailed above, including, without limitation, any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize, any transfers, transportation (other than as detailed above), spending money, drinks or meals, parking, any arrangements regarding passports, visas or other travel documentation, any insurance arrangements (other than those detailed above) and any costs and/or expenses of anyone required to accompany the prize winner save for the one (1) guest with whom the prize winner is permitted to share their prize.

7. The prize must be taken between 1 February 2009 and 30 September 2009 and is subject to availability. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of any third party service providers used to supply the prize including, without limitation, those of any airline, hotel and/or car rental company. The driver must be over twenty five (25) years of age or a younger driver fee may apply which, if applicable, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.

8. Either the prize winner or their guest must be over the age of eighteen (18). Both the prize winner and their guest must have valid travel documentation, including a passport valid for at least ninety (90) days for the duration of the travel period and visas (as applicable), and shall be responsible for complying with any customs, immigration and other regulatory requirements for entering the United States of America.

9. The prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within seven (7) days of the prize draw. If the winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept the prize or fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the date of the prize draw, then Warner Bros. reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
10. The prize winner and any other person sharing the prize with the prize winner may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form before the prize is awarded.

11. Cash or credit alternatives are not available and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any decision made by Warner Bros. in connection with the Promotion will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Warner Bros. reserves the right to substitute a prize of like value in the event that the prize (or any part thereof) is unavailable for any reason whatsoever and prize winner agrees that no liability shall attach to Warner Bros. or any party connected to the Promotion as a result of any such substitution.
