if your boyfriend has savings why not ask him to pay the amount owing and you put money into a joint savings account every month... if it isnt going to happen for at least a year

as when you share a house you are also sharing the responcibilly and with most people its not a case of who own what its shared

I understand the concepts of cooking and cleaning
