FREEVIEW channel 4 and/or 5 available ?

Can someone please help me out here . I`ve just put a 2nd sky box into my Sons bedroom for use as a freeview and whilst it`s great that you get dozens of channels he absolutely devastated that he can`t get either channel 4 or 5 ! They are not even programmed in e.g. if you goto channel 106 it says `insert your viewing card` in a blue box in the centre of screen but if you goto channel 105 (ch 5) it stays on the channel your are on and says `channel not available` in a little red box on bottom left hand side .
Strangely if you are on channel 106 and scroll down it takes you straight to channel 103 - as in completely misses out channel 105 & 104 - . . . . ?
What`s going on ? Can anyone help ? Do I need to tune into channel 5 ?

Maybe worth having this moved over to the techie board as I am sure you are more likely to get an answer. That board has helped me with loads of stuff.

I`ve sorta moved this by copying and pasting . . . . . don`t think that`s the proper way to do it tho ?

You need a card from https://www.freesatfromsky.com - it's the only way (or a cancelled subscription card) - cost is £20 for the real McCoy with at least a 3 year guarantee of continued reception.

You have to call an 0870 number to order it though.
