Mediation with Capquest

Good evening.

Can anyone give some advice about mediation?
Capquest state a specific amount that I owe (as explained in Me vs Crapquest) but I disputed the amount with the Courts but didn't deny I owed money. After relentless letters asking Capquest to explain the figure that they had come to and asking for statements which showed the true figure owing, I decided to go through the mediation service. So, all I want is for them to explain their figures but do i try and come to an arrangement whereby we can agree for me to pay back the amount showing on the original credit card statements and letter from the credit card company?
Hope that makes sense and would appreciate the advice.

No idea about mediation i'm afraid.

Have you tried sending a subject access request (SAR) to get the information? (cost £10)

The mediation meeting was to take place this morning at 0930 via telephone so was unable to request a SARS.
However, in regards to the mediation phone call - I never received it so i'm not sure what's happened there. I have emailed the mediation people involved to find out what's going on and i'm still waiting for a reply.
