Ok,I made the phone call today and was told that is the best they can do(SRV) with no fees except £250 to transfer to new mortgage.
I asked if I paid the £1200 odd amount(1 is £850 other is £350) and rounded both sub accounts down to £8000+£9000 how much would my payment be then.
£242 not including mortgagesure.
Now we have been bombarded with credit cheques @ 0% from various credit cards and I was thinking would it be better for my hubby to pay one and I pay the other and just apply for another 0% when these end.
I have one card with £10,000 limit as does my husband both are nil balance at the moment.
Any ideas welcome.0 -
THere should be no fees if you just stick to the follow on SVR.
If they have no other offers think about moving.
Why not look at the first direct offset tracker at base+0.79
No fees.
if there is a minimum lend you just offset back to £19k0 -
