ermm we all no about rewards sites like swapitshop pigsback and lightspped
the ones that giv u rewards in exchange for your points

so does anybody else no about any others

Have you looked at ipoints? And some of the cashback sites like Quidco give you cash just for signing up to something (you don't have to always spend money to get cashback!). There is a thread about quidco cashback without spending any money on here somewhere.
