Capital One scary letter - can anyone help please?

Thanks W & D - I think because CAB were helping her the last time she went through this, the process didn't seem so scary. She has decided to ring CAB first thing and see how long an appointment will be, then ring Capital One to see what this letter means. After that we're going ring CCCS. She's also applying to get a copy of the CCA.
