things needed prior to completion

at the end of my mortgage offer it said...
special conditions
loads of little bits like must pay by direct debit,must pay this loan off.
i understand all of that but then it says this

Original credit searches dated 09/09/2008 required, prior to completion

Mortgage Statement

Original certified copy of mortgage statement from Kensington Mortgage Company covering the period 01/03/2008-

31/08/2008 required, prior to completion

Letters from Kensington Mortgage Company

Original certified copies of letters from Kensington Mortgage Company dated 10/09/2008 and 12/09/2008 required, prior to

completion.

i have already signed and sent back my mortgage offer but all of the above was mentioned in the solicitors papers and above it it says please confirm you have sent to beacon.
how can i send them the original credit search??
do they want me to send them the other stuff so they can keep originals
why do i need to and how do i get them certified??
this is really bugging me as everything else is sorted but im worried as they say required prior to completion.
can anyone help?
