    Evening all.

Had a quiet day. Got a bit of study done but not the marathon session I was planning:o Got revision courses Monday to Friday so hopefully that will throw up some areas to concentrate on...

I_A don't use fat and sugary things to put on weight - carbs and protein is what you need - I good pasta bake or baked potatoes filled with chilli. Combime with running or other exercise and you'll put on weight without getting flabby...

We've ordered the sofa bed for the 'nursery' and a smaller computer desk to move the PC into the living room today. Hubbles is pottering in the spare (soon to be baby) room and his brother is coming in the week to help him put stuff in the loft. All I can say is thank fcuk we've got a top floor flat!!!
