Hiya  just got been to Focus to redeem my free Gentian plant voucher from today's Express
They said they didn't have any BUT I could have any plant up to £3.99 in value or pay the difference ! I got 2 lovely scarlet rhoderdenrons (sp) one for me and one for mum. the coupon is valid for a few days so may be worth getting a few more copies as the paper costs 70p. It does say one per household but they put mine through as 2 seperate transactions.
I told a couple while I was in there about the offer and judging by their expressions they thought I had just escaped from a secure unit
welshy xI am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

Hiya Welshy  Glad the unit let you use the pc for the morning!
Your post made me laugh! Don't we all know and love that look you get from non-MSE/PTS customers at any till when using a big pile of MOCs, or if you try to tell people about an offer.
When the NOTW had a fiver in it last time, I told a few other shoppers about the MOC, as I noticed some were giving me 'that funny look' for queuing with a trolley with just 10 papers in it and a couple of underwear items to take the spend up to the minimum. One couple thanked me and rushed off & got one paper (one?!!) but the others all humoured me with a patronising look then shuffled away to another till quickly without so much as a backward glance.
One idiot said 'oh thanks love but I don't read the NOTW'. Doh! what's that got to do with it, I don't read it either but surely people can see the benefits of a fiver off when it's on offer? Maybe not...I guess it's just us lot then?...Makes you feel a bit silly until you go on here with all the other like-minded 'silly' people.
Roll on the next big MOC!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In the past, these have been BOGOF vouchers for Focus - is this one just genuinely a free plant with no other purchase? I didn't bother getting the Express, as I thought it'd be the usual BOGOF - damn!0 -
