I've clicked the lost password button and it sent me an email with an updated password. Assume their system would have just spit me back out again if the email address was wrong.

First post - so please be nice !!
I have just tried calling them and an automated message kicks in saying they are having large number of calls so try emailing instead. Done this several times and still no answer - shocking service !

If people are trying to get a misprice-how is sending them loads of emails badgering them going to help?

i called them and got throu it did take 8minutes to answer but at first they didn't have my order on the system but the very happful lady put me back on hold as she need to look inother department as they have afew problems with their system only to come back and say the do have my order :jand it hasn't been processed yet, due to the system problems and there is also a delay on delivery and i could expect it in 6 - 8 weeks due to supplier delays. ( i think that is due to high demand!!!!)

For that price i don't care how long it get to me but that it turns up!!!!! (it will be here before christmas at least.:rolleyes:

she did say they have a few problems from the autumn sale that they are ironing them out as well and promised that the order will be place on system asap!!:T

sorry it not the great's info you all were needing. hold onto our order numbers.
