Yes, it means that if they don't work for you, send it to me because my device supports the newer sdhc format and yours doesn't, but I only have the old type in my new device still, because they do still work in it.

You need a device for example camera that supports sdhc, however sd cards can work in sdhc devices. sdhc cards tend to be larger capacity cards
