    My glass had a chip out of it, I didn't realise at first till I found my 1year old daughter cutting her leg with the bit off glass that was missing :mad:

    my 2 weren't packed very well but luckily both arrived in 1 piece, definately give them a call and see what they say

    I got a glass too - packed in a flimsy card box inside a jiffy bag.
    Smashed to pieces...
    If it wasn't for the box I wouldn't have known it was a Grolsch glass :(

    mine arrived today - intact!!

    inside there was a delivery form and on the back is a returns form - you should find out who to contact if your glass was broken on there.
