Are you a victim of banks cutting back on what they're providing to customers?

A Sunday Times journalist's writing an article about banks cutting back on what they are providing to customers and would like to interview some MoneySavers.

He's looking for people who've had problems with their bank in the last couple of weeks e.g. they have had their overdraft cut, or the interest on it hiked hugely. Essentially anyone who has been the victim of the banks cutting back.

My Barclaycard shot down with no warning and they had the nerve to try to blame me. It cost me money to check my credit file to find no problems on it. No they are saying in the past 12 months I have been over my current limit twice which is why they cut the limit. Can anyone make sense of that, I was well within my credit limit at the time but over what they reduced it to in the last few weeks.
At the end of the day it just means I won't run the card up again so they are getting less money.
