The story is a load of crap otherwise there is a load of very stupid fools with a load of money. If you want a safe place to put money Gov Bonds, they at least have a return, were as houses are going down.
Actually going out and putting it in a safe is better than property, property -10% pa, safe 0% pa. It's a no brainer!
