Pink Scooby Doo Cake?

I think I'd get a pink cake and put scooby characters on top.
You could either buy a pink cake or buy a plain ones and ice it with pink butter icing (much more 'forgiving' than the fondant type icing in my experience!)
Or a white cake, plus ribbon, plus scooby characters?
At least with the characters she will be able to keep them afterwards.0 -
Thank you everyone for your suggestions, My mum in law has come to the rescue, she has found a chocolate scooby doo cake in Morrisons today, she is gong to put pink ribbon round it and some pink decorations(sounded good when she described it LOL) and basically 'girlie' it up. But a huge thanks for all your suggestions, they were really appriecated.

:T for your mil. They're not all soooo bad are they?
I'm sure your dd will love it.
My dd is 7 on Wednesday but my mil makes everyone a cake for their birthday anyway - even us adults! And she always phones the week before to ask what flavour we want (coffee for me, every time!)
Happy partying! _party_0 -
