Question about Experian Credit report

I got hold of a paper copy of my credit report a few days ago and jst have a couple of enquiries
In the 'previous searches' part, there are loads, ie 13!!! for an insurance company whom I got life ins with in July, but these are all recorded as an 'unrecorded enquiry' are these taken into account by lenders at all?, I only applied once !!!!!!! so I don't see why they had to do 13 searches.
Also, I note they include payment history on your accounts, how far back do lenders take this into consideration when applying for new credit?, as I had a few issues last year with late payments but none at all this year, but they are obviously still on my account, will these continue to be adverse for 6 years?
I have 3 other forms of credit (2 cards and a loan) which are not on the paper copy of the report I have, but were on the online version (when I used up the free trial last year), it is definitely the same company (ie experian and not equifax), is this a problem?
The other thing is, on my online copy it showed details of bankruptcies/reposessions/defaults and ccjs (of which I have none) but this information is not on my paper copy, not that I am expecting anything untoward here but you never know!, should it be here?
Finally, under electoral roll information, it is stating there is no information about any of the addresses I have provided. But this is untrue as I was on the electoral roll at all my previous addresses, currently I am waiting for the council to update my new address as we moved here in March. Electoral roll info was on my credit report last year, what is going on?
