My Win - MacMillan

Earlier this week I posted that I had won a basket of muffins and brownies etc from a BBC Food Compeition.

The basket of muffins arrived on Tuesday full of lots of lovely stuff!! I was super excited.

The basket was donated by a company called Dough Dough to the BBC and was in aid of the MacMillan Coffee Morning.

Today I sold the muffins, brownies etc at work. I have managed to raise £47.00 for MacMillan!!!!! So pleased and way more than expected. There was a little recipie book in with the basket and someone paid £3.00 for that and lots of little coffee sachets that people were willing to pay for as well.

Im very proud of my colleagues today. Just wanted to share. (payment made to MacMillan today on line) :T

That's a really lovely prize, and well done you for going ahead with it and raising the money for MacMillan!!

I love unique wins like this - even though the scrummy muffins are all gone you will remember the day you did it for ages and raised some cash for charity, all thanks to a prize.

Erm.... not sure anyone else will understand what I was trying to say there, I know what I mean!

    Well done again xxxxx

Well done, that's a great result!
I did a Macmillan coffee morning at my son's primary school last Friday and the headteacher told me it raised £111, so i'm delighted.
I hope you feel really proud of yourself - you should do! x
