Under £10,000 two/thirds of the way debt free

Well its taken two years but we are getting there now. Finally feels like we will be debt free soon.:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

    well done. Based on other posters here, once you start to get the ball rolling the the right direction, it picks up speed and you could see the rest off in less than 4 years.

  • M&S will get paid in full (they deserve it as they have been lovely throughout)

    You know, I found that with Cahoot when I had a loan with them. They knew my Dad was terminally ill and were always fairly gracious when dealing with me and my attitude toward the debt I had with them was so different to that with those torturous gits at the Halifax who were phoning 9 or 10 times a day in the last few weeks of his life.

    Buuuuuuut, the main thing is how well you're doing! :T Not long now, I'm sure. The big part is recognising the scale of the problem. Not only have you done that, you're squashing it into submission!!
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
